I bought 2 of these chairs painted red for my husband as a birthday gift. I compared them to many of the others and went with these because they have a weight limit of 300 lbs. My husband is 250. This chair had the highest weight limit of any of the Adirondack chairs listed on the site, so I assumed they would be more sturdy and better made. They are not. After 2 weeks one of them has broken. The wood materials used are all one inch thick - which to me shows a real lack of quality. I was still very hopeful as they looked REALLY great! But now, I am really disappointed. The company was great about refunding my purchase for the broken chair.

I guess you get what you pay for. I think if you are someone who weighs only 100 lbs then this chair is good for you. I weigh double that and it feels cheep when you sit in it. It does work but I think it will only work for this year.

These chairs look nice for the money. Plus I didn't have to pay for shipping and they arrived 1 day after I ordered them! Very easy assembly according to my husband. Overall, a good experience.

Chairs look great but some of the hardware did not fit properly and had to go to hardware store to buy others to assemble. light weight but good for the money.
